Due to the nature of my work, I do not offer refunds or returns on custom pieces unless they arrive damaged.
Most items are one of a kind and handmade. I do my best to photograph colors as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and I will do my best to assist you by offering an alternative solution. Items held longer than one week after purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping
I always aim to offer the best shipping rates possible. Please note that shipping from the island is currently more costly.
Free shipping is available on orders over $175 CAD and can be selected at checkout.
Duty and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer for orders shipped outside of Canada.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Tracking information will be provided once your item has been shipped.
Processing Times
Ready-made items purchased Monday–Thursday will ship within the same week.
Ready-made items purchased on Friday will ship the following week.
Custom items require 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on the item(s), and will ship once finished.

Some items may include metal hardware (such as tags). Please check and tighten hardware regularly to ensure it remains secure. I am not responsible or liable for injuries resulting from their use
Use extra caution when items are worn around small children. Children’s bonnets include strings, which may pose choking or suffocation risks. Never leave a child unattended while wearing these items. I am not responsible or liable for injuries resulting from their use
Slippers can be slippery. By purchasing slippers, you acknowledge that they may increase the risk of slipping or falling. I am not responsible or liable for injuries resulting from their use.
If item is picked up from home location be careful on the steps, they may be slippery during weather. I am not responsible or liable for injuries resulting from their use.
