In short, I do not offer refunds or returns on custom pieces unless they’ve arrived damaged.
Most items are unique, and hand made. I try my best to capture colors as true to what they are in pictures, however, some screens or lighting may make items appear a little differently.
If you absolutely can't stand something, please let me know and I will assist you and offer another option. This only applies a week after purchase, items held longer will not be eligible for returns.
Shipping.
I will try and offer the best rate possible however shipping from the island right now is a little costly. I am offering free shipping over $175 CAD orders which you can choose when you checkout.
Duty and customs will be the buyer’s responsibility if Shipping outside of Canada.
I ship via Canada post. Throughout Atlantic Canada I offer express post, however the rest of Canada it’s through regular expedited post. I will provide a tracking number to you once I receive it and your item is in the mail.
Readymade Items purchased during Monday-Thursday will ship out that same week. Readymade Items purchased on Fridays will not ship out until the following week.
Custom items can take 2-4 weeks depending on item(s) and will be shipped once complete.
Extra bits.
Some items may contain metal hardware (i.e., tags). Please ensure all hardware is tightened regularly to keep tags attached and secure. Also, please take extra caution when used around small children. Children's bonnets also have strings attached so please be weary of choking or suffocation risks. Never leave a child unattended.
Slippers are Slippery. If you purchase Slippers, I NEED you to be aware you are placing items on your feet that could potentially make you fall. I am in no way responsible or to be held liable if someone slips.
